At ARVA SRIANNA PRODUCTS, owner of the brand Rootvana, we ensure that all millet-based food products are processed, packed, and delivered safely while maintaining quality standards.

 

 

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day
  • Products are packed in small batches to maintain freshness and quality

 

Shipping Charges

  • A flat ₹99 shipping charge per order is applicable, regardless of the number of items purchased
  • Customers can add multiple products to a single order without any additional shipping cost
  • This flat shipping rate applies to all serviceable PIN codes across India

 

Shipping Timeline (Estimated)

  • Metro cities: 2–4 working days
  • Tier 2 / Tier 3 towns & rural areas: 5–7 working days
  • Average delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on location and courier partner

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.

 

 

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India to most serviceable PIN codes
  • International shipping is not available at this time

 

Delivery Delays & Non-Delivery

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, Rootvana is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including:

  • Courier service delays or operational issues
  • Natural calamities or unforeseen disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
  • Unreachable or inactive contact numbers

If an order is returned due to failed delivery or incorrect customer details, the customer may choose to:

  • Request re-shipment (₹99 shipping charge will apply), or
  • Receive a refund excluding the shipping charge
